This Leaving Cert student celebrated finishing his English exam with a gas tattoo
EARLIER THIS WEEK, on the night before the English Paper 2 exam, Leaving Cert student Adam O’Sullivan tweeted these fateful words:
Whoops!
We couldn't find this Tweet
‘Durcan’ refers to the Irish poet Paul Durcan, who did indeed come up in the exam the next day.
Adam’s promise was retweeted widely the night before the paper, and people wondered if he intended to keep it. Well, he did.
He got the tattoo yesterday, and sent photographic evidence of it to the Twitter account @LeavingCert2016:

The little heart and all!
His dad reacted with curiosity…

…But everyone else has hailed him a hero.
Adam, though? He just thinks it’s hilarious.
